Ryker Ranch is a deeply personal endeavor, born out of love, loss, and a commitment to honoring our late son, Ryker Lane, who passed from SIDS on December 31st, 2012. From that day forward, we knew we wanted to keep his name alive and share his story in a meaningful way. Ryker Ranch was created to raise and produce the finest Wagyu beef while paying tribute to Ryker’s memory.
As a proud American union worker with IBEW and a family raised on the values of hard work and integrity, we are committed to producing farm-to-table beef that reflects our passion and dedication. Our cattle are raised without antibiotics or hormones, hand-selected for their genetics, and treated with care to ensure the best quality. We believe in transparency and a strong connection with our customers, not just making another sale but fostering relationships with fellow blue-collar workers, IBEW brothers, and anyone who wants to know exactly where their meat comes from.
We fell in love with the Wagyu breed after purchasing our 40-acre ranch, and it became clear that this was the path forward for our family. Our long-term goal is to sustain and grow our ranch, passing it down through generations, while continually improving our Wagyu genetics and the quality of our beef.
At Ryker Ranch, every cow is hand-selected, every meal prepared with love, and every interaction with our customers valued. We want you to taste the difference in our beef and know that behind every cut is a story of dedication, family, and the spirit of Ryker Lane.
We look forward to serving you, sharing our journey, and growing together—one meal at a time.
